Sometimes when going beyond our edge – we can end up in empathy
Pushing yourself from anger to empathy
Text and drawing by Frits Ahlefeldt
We often think that if we are pushed too far will will end up in anger, but sometimes we end up in a very different place… in empathy. In strange ways and tough times we realize we are all fighting, all trying to do our best, and all connected… Maybe we can all get better at pushing ourselves – out of anger and into empathy

About Museum of Psychology – Visualizing psychology
We understand reality at least through a combination of metaphors, images, stories and experiences. But also through our dreams, understandings, feelings, music, walk of life, directions, expectations, relations… and even more dimensions.
Much of this have in common that we can somehow sketch up maps and drawings of these places, trails and situations. Here on Museum of Psychology I (Frits Ahlefeldt) am drawing up a slowly growing map of our many landscapes of understanding.
